Tenants Facing Rent Hike in Central Long Beach Say, ‘Enough.’

These Long Beach tenants are facing a rent increase. They have decided to go on a rent strike and not pay the increased amount until a sit down with the owners. They are the 5th apartment in Long Beach to go on strike this year.
