The Arts Council For Long Beach has embarked on an ambitious two-year project to turn empty lots into vibrant places where art and culture are visible and available to everyone. It’s called “A Lot” and here to explain the project are two of the Arts Council’s board members who have an important role in deciding what happens in these empty lots.
