Leadership Long Beach will host an evening forum of the candidates seeking citywide offices on Friday, March 28 at the CSU Chancellor Office in the Dumke Auditorium. With commitments from all candidates for the offices of City Attorney, City Prosecutor, City Auditor and Mayor, this will be one of the final citywide candidates’ forum before the April 8th election date.
With just a 14.7% voter turn-out in the 2010 Citywide elections, Leadership Long Beach and members of the Class of 2014 have sought to engage, educate and inspire Long Beach residents to register and vote. This free forum is one way that Leadership Long Beach hopes to achieve that goal.
