Only four percent of California’s doctors are Latino. From that underrepresented group we have profiled three doctors who are hoping to inspire others like them to succeed and give back to their communities.
A recent local measles outbreak involved a student from CSULB, who came back from winter break in January with the measles. The student, who has not been identified, has since recovered but exposed at least 20 other students.
